Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before shipment. We create every order the same day for guaranteed freshness.
Please keep in mind that the 48 hour processing time is necessary for all orders, even with expedited shipping options. Therefore, plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive orders or gifts.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for your order. Orders with an invalid residential or business address may be held by the local post office until a valid address is provided.

If you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier will leave it in a safe spot. We use sealed mailer bags to protect your order, but cannot be liable for packages if recipient is not present to receive the order.
It is essential that the shipping address provided is:
1. regularly attended during delivery times, or
2. if unattended, the sender accepts responsibility for the package if it is left in a secure place.
For added security, consider using an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. We recommend verifying all order and shipping information before finalizing your purchase. No changes can be made once your order has been process and/or shipped.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for food products, due to their perishable nature.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address or you haven't collected your your items from the courier after multiple attempts.
In the event that your order is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect order, please send us a photo of the issue for assessment. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Without a photo, we cannot process your refund request.
To process a return we must have your order number or proof of purchase. To start the return process, email us at jasmine@cookiescoopcompany.com. If approved, we will provide further instructions via email.
Each of our items are handmade, so expect each one to have its own unique touch. Our site offers a range of flavor and design choices, but please note that an exact replication of color and design may not always be possible.
Plans change, and we’re here to assist with order adjustments. However, late changes will incur a $10 additional charge or may not be possible. Changes cannot be made within 7 days of collection, and cancellations are strictly prohibited within this time period.
